

Benefits listed under B through F are subject to the "Per Disablement Limit" maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per occurrence. 24-Hour Toll-Free Emergency Roadside Assistance – Service is available throughout the United States and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The customer simply calls the RoadCare Plus, toll-free number provided and service is dispatched to their location for the road services needed.
If a customer's covered vehicle is involved in an accident or collision, assistance will be provided to tow the vehicle to nearest qualified service facility or to any location requested by the customer. Free towing covers the first 50 miles (Platinum members receive 15 miles of towing).
When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle will be towed back to the nearest qualified service facility or to any location requested by the covered customer. Free towing up 50 miles.
Service consists of replacement of the flat tire with the vehicle's spare tire at the disabled site. Towing assistance will be provided if needed.
Service provides for jumpstart or battery assistance to any covered vehicle in immediate need.
An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered to any covered customer in immediate need.
Assistance will be provided with unlocking a covered vehicle if the covered customer's keys are locked or lost inside.
G) Drivers Valet:If a customer becomes impaired and is unable to legally or safely operate their motor vehicle, their vehicle will be towed to the customer's home or hotel. Free towing covers the First 50 miles.
H) Discount Program:Most discount programs offer little to no true savings. The RoadCare Plus discount program offers significant discounts. Our discount portal offers savings at merchants large and small across the United States.

The following items are not included as part of the emergency roadside assistance benefit:
Cost of parts and replacement keys. Non-emergency towing or other non-emergency service. Any service available through valid manufacturers warranty or service. Mounting or removing of snow tires or chains. Tire repair. Trucks over one-ton capacity, taxicabs, limousines, or other commercial vehicles. Camping trailers, travel trailers, or any vehicles in tow. Any and all taxes, fines. Towing from or repair work performed at a service station, garage or repair shop. Towing by other than a licensed service station or garage; vehicle storage charges; a second tow. Service on a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to be towed. Towing or service on roads not regularly maintained, such as sand, beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to construction, etc. Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law. Repeated service calls for a covered vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair. Only one disablement for the same cause during any seven-day period will be accepted. If customer obtains service outside of RoadCare Plus' provided network, the customer will only be reimbursed for up to $50.00 with valid receipt.

When you submit information to make a payment or open an account, we may collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, address, email address, and credit card number. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of eighteen.
We automatically collect IP addresses and Web site usage information from you when you access any of our online services. This information helps us evaluate how our visitors and subscribers use and navigate our Web sites on an aggregate basis, including but not limited to, the number and frequency of visitors and subscribers to each web page and the length of their visits.

To perform the actions for which you specifically provided the information (For example, enabling us to process, validate, and verify purchases). Except as specifically set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personally identifiable information with any entity outside of RoadCare Plus service network.
We may disclose and use personally identifiable information in special circumstances where it is necessary to enforce our service agreements or terms of use (for example to protect our intellectual property rights). We may also disclose or use your personal information when we, in good faith, believe that the law may require us to do so.
We define a cookie as any string of data that is automatically stored on your computer upon access to our online services. RoadCare Plus employs cookies to assign temporary identification numbers to machines that access our web servers. This information enables us to deliver faster service to our subscribers, prevent denial of service attacks on our systems, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, and assist with awarding proper sales credit to our partners. All RoadCare Plus cookies are 1) of limited duration, 2) less than 5KB in length, 3) only visible to RoadCare Plus web servers, and 4) devoid of any personally identifiable information.
The personally identifiable information we collect about you is stored in limited access servers. We maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information. We retain personally identifiable information only as long as necessary to complete a purchase, thwart fraud, provide customer service, or maintain your account with us.
Purchases using debit or credit cards are conducted and processed by PayPal. We never have access to your account numbers.
