

Bill was born in Detroit, Michigan and after an enlistment in the U.S. Marine Corps Fisher completed studies in Marketing and Management at Schoolcraft College.
He began his career at Pioneer Standard Electronics in the Detroit area with responsibility for Ford Motor and Chrysler Engineering Centers eventually becoming the leading salesman in his corporation.
Hired by a competitor, Hamilton-Avnet Electronics to manage sales in Orange County, California Fisher left Michigan in 1982. In 1984 he founded his first company, Eastern Specialty Products, supplying low cost alternatives for the automotive industry representing numerous electronics companies throughout the Asian Region. With a successful background and a solid understanding of the Chinese Automotive market, Bill sold his company and joined an effort by Visionary Vehicles in early 2005 to be among the first to bring Chinese manufactured vehicles to the U.S. as Director of Dealer Development. In November of 2005 Fisher left Visionary Vehicles and established Amasia International Automotive, LLC. to begin his own effort at bringing Chinese manufactured vehicles to the North American market.(Email Mr. Fisher)

Mr. Kudary came to RoadCare Plus from First Data Corporation where he began his career in the telesales unit. He was quickly promoted through the ranks into national accounts sales and management. As a director, he had direct impact on the P&L and worked with some of First Data's largest clients. Throughout his career his position has afforded him the opportunity to learn the inner workings of some of the most successful companies in the world. Having a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, as well as, a background in all things technology, he has properly positioned himself for the evolving business and technological future. Thirteen years of a proven track record in sales and print media. Working for Restaurant Depot, a premier Cash & Carry Wholesaler for Restaurants and the trade, he expanded sales internationally by introducing the wholesale concept to Caribbean distributors. As Director of Business Development for Card USA a card manufacturer for hotels access cards, gift cards, bank cards, phone cards, and promotional cards he helped increase sales from $1 million dollars to $6 million within a 3 year tenure, by dealing with large scale customers like Coca Cola, Best Buy, Home Depot, MCI and TracFone Wireless. In addition to his sales results, he has also contributed to the development of marketing tools such as "Family Pack" cards for Best Buy, resulting in substantial savings to the customer.
