When do my benefits begin?
Within 7-10 business days, you will receive your benefits package.
What do I receive in my package?
You will receive your membership number, a wallet identification card and your gas voucher.
What plans do you offer?
We offer 2 different plans:
The Platinum Plan gives you $40 worth of gas rebates for only $59.95 for 1 year.
The Ultimate Plan gives you $50 worth of gas rebates for only $79.95 for 1 year.

Each plan comes with five (5) service calls per year.

What do I do if I am a RoadCare Plus member and I break down?
Call the toll-free number listed on the back of your membership card. Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from anywhere in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Be prepared to give the following information when calling for roadside assistance:
  1. Your name and membership number
  2. Telephone number from where you are calling
  3. The exact location of you vehicle and nearest cross street or landmark
  4. Year, make, model, color and license plate number of you vehicle
  5. To the best of your ability, the nature of the problem

We will provide minor mechanical roadside adjustments to enable your vehicle to proceed safely on its own power. If we cannot get you safely back on the road, you will be towed to the nearest professional service station.

If, for any reason, road service cannot be dispatched, the member must receive authorization from RoadCare Plus to use a garage of your choice, and upon presentation of receipts the club shall reimburse the member the maximum benefit allowed. See brochure for details.

Our "concierge" service can assist you with breakdown related needs. If there is something else that we can assist you with please let us know.

What does Emergency Road Service consist of?
  • Towing Assistance: When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle will be towed back to the nearest qualified service facility or to any location requested by the covered customer. Free towing - See brochure for details.
  • Flat Tire Assistance: Service consists of replacement of the flat tire with the vehicle's spare tire at the disabled site. Towing assistance will be provided if needed.
  • Battery Assistance: Service provides for jumpstart or battery assistance to any covered vehicle in immediate need.
  • Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service: An emergency supply of fuel, oil, and water will be delivered to any covered customer in immediate need.
  • Lock-Out Service: Assistance will be provided with unlocking a covered vehicle if the covered customer's keys are locked or lost inside.
  • Collision Assistance: If a customer's covered vehicle is involved in an accident or collision, assistance will be provided to tow the vehicle to nearest qualified service facility or to any location requested by the customer. Free towing - See brochure for details.
  • Drivers Valet: If a customer's covered vehicle is disabled and alternate transportation is required, RoadCare will assist the customer in obtaining a rental car from our premier, national rental car service partner. The customer can take advantage of RoadCare's pre-negotiated discounted rental rates with the rental car company. The rental vehicle can be delivered to the disabled site, service facility, member's home or any other location requested.
How do I use my new RoadCare Plus membership?
Simply call the dispatch number listed on the back of your membership card.
Does the member have to pay for the service and then submit a receipt for reimbursement?
No, RoadCare Plus provides sign and go service. All services come to you prepaid. In the event that there is no provider in your area you will be reimbursed. See brochure for details.
How long to receive service from dispatch?
Usually 30-45 minutes. Severe weather and other unforeseen events may delay the service provider.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. The member can cancel within the first 30 days as long as they request it in writing to:

The membership card, the gas voucher, and travel discounts must be returned UNUSED to RoadCare Plus. A refund will then be paid to the purchaser, less the $40.00 processing fee.
